Data Entry & Image Matching

This is the critical process whereby we match up students’ data to their images. In this process, best pose is selected and each image is individually colour corrected. There are three pricing levels:

Level One: (Most Economical) You supply an electronic (ie. Email or disc) list of student data in shoot order with all names spelled correctly. Spelling accuracy is derived from the electronic list, we are not responsible for spelling errors. We do not cross check your spelling against a school list.

Level Two: You supply an electronic list (usually exported from school) not in shoot order along with your camera cards in shoot order. Spelling accuracy is derived from the electronic list, we are not responsible for spelling errors. We do not cross check spelling accuracy.

Level Three: You supply your camera cards in shoot order and we manually input names. Data will only be as accurate as your camera cards. We do not cross check camera card spelling against a school list.

We can only be as accurate as the information you provide us. If we can’t read your camera card or your handwritten list, we cannot image-match that student and they won’t appear on the CD or composite. We are not responsible for spelling accuracy when working from lists that are all upper case.
