The office and staff of ADANAC PRO Imaging are available to receive customers Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm (EST). The lab is operational Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and major holidays. Therefore these days are not considered regular “in-lab” days.
We will always print for the most pleasing flesh tones unless you instruct us otherwise. Characteristics of photographic materials often make it impossible to match colour or density to the original subject or even to a previous order from the same negative / file.
Sample / Display Prints
Available to active and on-going customers who exceed annual purchases of $5000 and whose accounts are not past due. Available January 1 to March 31 and July 1 to August 31 at a discount of 40%. We limit sample quantities to a maximum of 2% of annual purchases. Discount applies to print price only. These orders do not factor in to your Volume Rebate.
Due to variations in sensitized material, it may not be possible for reorders to exactly match originals in colour and density. If you return an original print with your reorder, we will do our best to get as close a match as possible.
Remakes submitted after 30 days of the invoice date will be considered reorders (not remakes) and will be invoiced at regular prices. We reserve the right to request the return of any product deemed unsatisfactory by a customer. Orders within lab standards do not qualify for remakes, and will be billed at regular prices. Occasionally we are asked to produce prints from improperly exposed images. If we can’t produce a print that complies with our lab standards we will notify you in advance. If you instruct us to Print Regardless you forfeit the right to return the order for remakes or refunds. Orders which are returned for additional services not originally requested will be charged the shipping costs as well as the additional services.
From time to time you may need an order rushed through the lab. Rush orders that are pre-scheduled 2 weeks in advance will not incur a rush charge. Otherwise, we have two levels of rush service.
- Level One is for earliest possible delivery- next day if possible. The charge for this is 100% the cost of the original order.
- Level Two is for two to three day service, and this is charged at 50% the cost of the original order.
To order rush service, you must specify Level One or Level Two on the work order and you do so agreeing to our published charges. We will not rush jobs if rush service has not been requested. Minimum rush charge is $10.
The published “in-lab” time represents our best estimate of the time needed to complete your order and is not guaranteed. The in-lab days are based on regular business days, not calendar days and they do not take shipping times into consideration. Seasonal delays may occur on some product lines. In many instances you will receive your order before the estimated completion date. Orders that arrive at ADANAC after 11:30 AM (EST) will be logged in as having arrived on the next business day.
